Kansas City Chiefs Confirm Domestic Violence Allegations Involving Wide Receiver Rashee Rice
The Kansas City Chiefs issued a statement on Wednesday evening confirming they have knowledge of domestic violence allegations circulated in online accounts by a former girlfriend of wide receiver the athlete and were in communication with the NFL.
The team omitted the name of Rice by name in their statement and stated they would have “nothing more to add at this time”.

The woman, who likewise did not name the athlete by name, posted a set of images on social media that seemed to depict signs of physical abuse. She did say the individual in question was the parent of her kids, and it is known she has kids with Rice, whom the team selected in the 2023 draft.

No official complaints were available in Overland Park, Kansas where the incident is said to have taken place.
